Step 1: Request an estimate
Answer three short steps: your route, your move and how to reach you. It takes about a minute, and you do not need a full inventory yet.
Step 2: Share your inventory
After you submit, the thank-you page offers an optional room-by-room list with space for anything else. A fuller list means a more accurate estimate.
Step 3: Get it in writing
A consultant calls to confirm your inventory, then sends a written, itemized estimate. It shows what is included and what could change it.
Step 4: Moving day
Your move is carried out as set out in the estimate. If something looks different from the plan, tell your consultant before it goes ahead.
Step 5: Delivery
Your belongings arrive at the new address. One support team stays with you from the first call to delivery.
What could change your bill
Your bill is based on your inventory. These are the things that can move it, and your consultant goes over them with you up front.
